Lisbon - 1931. Bartolomeu Cid dos Santos attended Escola de Belas Artes de Lisboa and Slade School of Fine Arts, in London, were he teaches since 1961. In 1993, invited by Metropolitano de Lisboa he works on an artistical project in etched stone for the Entrecampos' Interface, in Lisbon. Still in 1993, within the scope of cultural exchange of Metropolitano de Lisbon, he works on a panel in etched stone for the Nihombashi station, in Japan. As to the railway stations , Reboleira and Pragal, in the Lisbon area, Bartolomeu works with ceramic tiles.
